At Keldmarsh Primary School, our curriculum ensures that children are taught the essential aspects of the knowledge, methods, processes and uses of science in order to be inquisitive and knowledgeable. Our curriculum is challenging, relatable and inspiring and children are provided with opportunities to ask and answer questions through investigating and exploring. It builds on children’s prior learning and encourages them to make connections between topics and other subjects. Our curriculum provides opportunities for hands-on, practical and engaging experiences, and fosters children’s natural curiosity in the world around them.
